 YOGA NEW POST-NATAL YOGA CLASSES STARTS WEDNESDAY 22 SEPTEMBER 2010
These yoga are simple yogas, that increases mental clarity, energy, physical flexibility and strength. They are a set of remedial exercises that may help with pregnancy and postnatal care, support a training or study programme and are for anyone who can find 10 minutes in their day to practise.
• Pre and Post-natal assistance
• As part of a recovery programme after a personal injury or illness
• May help to sustain flexibility whilst building pelvic and abdominal muscle tone post pregnancy
• Short simple exercises which can easily be included into everyday life
Post-natal Yoga The birth of your child is often an exciting, exhausting, thrilling, and scary. A personally remedy to soreness and mental stress that you may be experiencing is a Tibetan yoga class. This class is designed to build on your core strength, vitality and stamina whilst helping to pace yourself as you adapt to having a new baby. Postures will assist with weakened pelvic floor, sore neck & shoulders, weakened Abs and loss of endurance.
What to bring? Please wear loose fitting comfortable clothes. At Post-natal yoga classes both you and your baby are welcome to attend it's recommended you come for a minimum of 6 classes.
Delta is a certified 5 Tibetan Yoga Facilitator accredited by Lamp on the Path.
